Nightingale Meeting Room
Located at Nightingale Library Memorial, 2 Beach Road, Tahunanui.
- Available during days and evenings.
- The room can accommodate up to 20 people.
- Includes chairs, table, WiFi, TV, and DVD player.
- Kitchenette with basic tea and coffee making facilities (please BYO coffee, tea, and tea towels).
- Cost is $21.10 per half day (4 hours) or part thereof.
Conditions of Use
- Payment is required on or before the day of the booking.
- Due to high demand for use of the room, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, otherwise we still require payment for booking.
- Please let us know if you have any requirements for the room at time of booking.
- The room must be left in a clean, safe, and tidy condition. All your equipment is taken with you at the conclusion of your meeting.
- Setting up and packing down should be included in the allocated booking time.
- Any damages must be paid for.
- Please note any bookings which could pose a health & safety risk to staff and/or customers may be cancelled without notice.
- The Library will terminate any use of the room not abiding by these Conditions.
