Nightingale Meeting Room

Located at Nightingale Library Memorial, 2 Beach Road, Tahunanui.
  • Available during days and evenings.
  • The room can accommodate up to 20 people.
  • Includes chairs, table, WiFi, TV, and DVD player.
  • Kitchenette with basic tea and coffee making facilities (please BYO coffee, tea, and tea towels).
  • Cost is $21.10 per half day (4 hours) or part thereof.

Conditions of Use

  • Payment is required on or before the day of the booking.
  • Due to high demand for use of the room, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, otherwise we still require payment for booking.
  • Please let us know if you have any requirements for the room at time of booking.
  • The room must be left in a clean, safe, and tidy condition. All your equipment is taken with you at the conclusion of your meeting.
  • Setting up and packing down should be included in the allocated booking time.
  • Any damages must be paid for.
  • Please note any bookings which could pose a health & safety risk to staff and/or customers may be cancelled without notice.
  • The Library will terminate any use of the room not abiding by these Conditions.
