Advance care planning is for everyone. It gives you the opportunity to think about and share the healthcare treatments you would or would not want in the future, including at the end of life.
Recording your wishes can provide guidance and reassurance for the people important to you, as well as your healthcare team, if decisions ever need to be made on your behalf.
