Conditions of Use

• Payment is required on or before the day of the booking.
• Due to high demand for use of the room, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, otherwise we still require payment for booking.
• Please let us know if you have any requirements for the room at time of booking.
• The room must be left in a clean, safe, and tidy condition.
• Setting up and packing down should be included in the allocated booking time.
• Any damages must be paid for.
• Please note any bookings which could pose a health & safety risk to staff and/or customers may be cancelled without notice.
• The Library will terminate any use of the room not abiding by these Conditions.
• By filling out the below form, you are agreeing to pay the cost of the room rental ($10.00 per hour).
