The talk covers Rosaline Frank’s early family life and standing as a professional photographer. Conflict between the early Nelson Council and the Tyree Studio and its subsiduaries will be discussed, along with the legacy of Rosaline Frank and the Tyree Collection. Also highlighted is the UNESCO Award and the role of early photographers as social historians.
